Let me start by telling you that I am not a perfect runner, there are days when the last thing I am in the mood to do, is to get out of bed and go for a run, but one thing I will tell you, is that I am a passionate runner and most times I love it and sometimes I hate it. However, when I see what running does to my mind, body and soul, I just cant stop. It is addictive because it makes me feel passionate, energised, alive, confident and youthful in such a way that botox will never do, and it can do the same for you if you are not already a runner. Everybody can run, its an activity learnt as a kid, the body was designed to run and walk. It is something that is so easy and free, all you need is a pair of running shoes!
Now, enough preaching and lets get down to business!... In order to love running, you need to approach it in the right way. If you try to run too fast, too soon, you will give up from exhaustion!, this is even before you get to enjoy the benefits, we dont want that. But if you do it right, you will notice that it is all quite very easy ... honest! ...Its all about taking baby steps and aiming for the stars.
